Review Lease & Power
Purchase Agreement
We meet to walk through the paperwork, explain our process, and confirm the details of each project site. Once the agreement is signed, we begin completing the required permits and approvals.

Permitting
and Installation
We have an efficient process for the approvals from regulatory, environmental, and permitting agencies. Our specialized construction firm completes the installations in scheduled groups under seasoned project management.
4. Operations
Our lenders require a top-tier Operations & Maintenance firm to perform remote monitoring and occasional servicing of the project fleet. Solar equipment is very low- maintenance, but our account managers and servicing team are always available.
5. Decommissioning or Buyback
We maintain a decommissioning plan, and our lenders require us to maintain a reserve fund to remove and recycle the solar installation at the end of the project.
Customers also have the option to purchase the equipment at a nominal cost at the end of the project term, with the option of continuing with our maintenance plan.

The panels don’t require any maintenance or cleaning from your staff. One of our team members will be coming in for inspection once or twice a year, which will be communicated to you well in advance.
