Are you a detail oriented perfectionist who wants to make the world a better place?
The president of two progressive companies, (one implements solar energy projects, the other provides telcom services for non-profits) is looking for an administrative assistant who’s keen to learn and be an active participant in important progressive projects.
Are you a self-motivated individual who loves learning new skills, and enjoys thinking out-of-the-box for creative solutions?
Do you remain calm, optimistic, and focused as deadlines loom?
Are you a whiz around the office and on the computer, technically savvy and proficient in researching both online and offline? Do you have excellent knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and desktop publishing applications as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities and outstanding organizational skills? Do you know how to do all the standard clerical tasks like invoicing, bookkeeping, maintaining records, scheduling, etc.?
Do you have already proven project management skills and the ability to develop project plans and handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy?
Does participating in the project sourcing, design, development, and implementation of solar energy projects excite you?
Your strong customer service orientation, the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with the public, contractors, development, government agents, and staff are critical to your success in this role.
Importantly, you must possess the experience and confidence to create and present clear and accurate information in presentations.
